I take it back. After watching the trailer for Split, I remember the previews, but never would have guessed it has anything to do with Unbreakable.

I wouldn't say Split was technically a sequel, it was meant as a standalone with a tease about how it exists in the same world as Unbreakable.

Luckily, it did well so M Night. gets to make it a trilogy.

Already a better superhero universe than DC's, ha.

It always was a trilogy, regardless of "Splits" success. We just get to see the third act thanks to "Split" success.

IMO, Split is a better movie overall than Unbreakable.

I'm not sure how well Unbreakable did at the box office and it does not really matter.

IMO the movie was put together very well.

Well enough that it's on my yearly watch list. (movies that I watch at least once a year)
