The guy clearly states that he doesn’t take the O line into consideration and ranks WR’s very high so I didn’t expect us to do well on this list and by no means to I think it’s an indicator of how we’ll do or how other teams will do. I just thought it was interesting, especially with regard to our NFCE rivals. I don’t care how many weapons some teams have, without a good to great O line they will be neutralized for the most part.

As soon as he says he doesn't rate the offensive line he lost me. 5 out of 11 guys that join together as a cohesive unit a foundation. And he doesn't take them into consideration when evaluating offenses.

Complete idiot

One of the dumbest articles I’ve seen in quite some time.

Worthless.
I somewhat agree but if we were towards the top most people would be singing a different tune.

He specifically stated what he did and didn’t take into account, although the criteria is jacked it’s hard to argue our placement based on that (stupid or not). I think with our running game and O line, Dak will do fine and we don’t need a true #1 receiver but until proven otherwise it’s hard to argue our receiving corps (TE included) isn’t one of the worst. Hopefully at the end of the season that won’t be the case but for now it is.

Turrible, just turrible. Although I do see the reason to be skeptical about the Cowboys receiving corps. Even if Dez was here I still would be iffy since Witten retired.

For the Dolphins, Frank AARP Gore isn't replacing Ajayi. Drake is, the guy who started post trading Ajayi who put up several big games running the rock.

I can't stand these articles that are written without researching.

He wasn’t talking about W’s and L’s, just offensive weapons independent of the O line, QB and schemes.

The entire premise is ****, as if he did it to intentionally eliminate this team’s strengths. It’s absolutely worthless.

I really don’t care where the Cowboys are ranked in a poll that has zero merit.

Exactly. Ask Matt Millen how investing in three first round receivers worked out. Hard to have a passing game when your quarterback is on his back. I don’t care who’s running routes.

Just an asinine article.

Giants offense has been trash 2 years straight. Its all the sudden gonna change now. No I'll believe it when I see it. No way dallas is 28 lol. For sure top 12 most likely

I don't think I've ever agreed with somebody according to the criteria they set while simultaneously thinking they are a complete buffoon for said criteria before... But I'll be damned, here I am.

Too many reporters, not enough opinions. Everyone is looking for some way to be unique so they aren't just rehashing the same old stuff.

This is exactly why I can't stand modern recipes and cookbooks. 1% of the recipes are revolutionary and delicious, 9% are revolutionary and taste like crap. The other 90% are just classic recipes that have been around for years to which the author either made insignificant ingredient modifications or added complicated steps just so it would stand apart from the recipe being copied. Best cookbook I have is the Fort Benning Women's Club Cookbook from 1963 I snagged from my Mom. 202 pages of regular recipes for every dish known to man (not quite). Not a single recipe where some D-bag created a cinnamon roll recipe that has cardamom as a "secret ingredient" - and not a bit of cinnamon in it.

Lol, the writer must have been hired by Mara. How dare he write one of thousands of worthless articles without including our strengths!

I got news for ya, EVERY football related article this time of year that deals with draft ranking, wb ranking, defensive ranking, team ranking, etc is worththless. Don’t know why you’re so riled up over one of hundreds.

I'm just pointing out the worthlessness of this one. One that was posted here.

You didn't write it, it's not an attack on you. I appreciate when other forum members share information.

Exactly. 5 guys who have to protect the qb so the WRs can get the ball. If you can't get it to your playmakers what is the sense of having them.

No one said it was going to change, he was just giving his personal ranking independent of certain factors. Not including coaching, O line or QB, are you saying are TE’s and receivers are more talented than NY’s? Lol, putting Odiva’s personality aside the clown can ball. Engram is one of the best TE/WR hybrids in the league. Shepard is above average. No way would I switch overall teams but with regard to this guys ridiculous criteria I can’t argue.

Best and worst restaurants....not considered when evaluating:

Food Quality
Price
Service

But the atmosphere is nice and the servers wear great flare!!!

It’s dumb, I understand but it’s no more stupid than almost every other ranking out there. It’s just another stupid opinion and I was curious to know what people thought but apparently since the Cowboys aren’t highly ranked according to his criteria then it doesn’t matter.

I should have known better, I didn’t think it would get everyones panties this wadded up yet there is debate after debate on this site with the same type of stupid criteria day after day. The guy was simply judging receivers, TE’s and RB’s for each team as a whole.

Oh well, I’ll start another Dak thread with meaningless criteria and numbers next time. Even better, I’ll start a Romo comparison thread since he’s apparently still relevant.
