There is no doubt about it.

I am completely and utterly head over heels in love with Armstrong.

Warned posters in another thread not to sleep on this kid.......what I like is he's already listed at 257lbs. That's only 3-5 lbs from the standard expected weight of 4--3 DE. Not sure many remember, but DLaw claims he was only in the 230ish range when he was drafted. Also many may or may not know, FO had strong debates on drafting this kid with our 3rd rounder but decided to wait. Could believe he was still avail for the 4th round. I could be wrong but right now he's ahead of Taco IMO.

Believe his combine weight was 251, they had him in the 258# range by training camp. Sure your not thinking of Gregory, hos combine weight was 238!

TACO playing behind DLAW, Even Armstrong probly playing behind Crawford in rotation..I know you dont like it, but thats the way they will play it alibi maybe Armstrong gets more snaps as the season goes on, but that depends on Gregories snaps..Nice problem to have! MOST likely the Cowboys going to need that extra dend early on anyway...

Hahaha Rookie fan.

There isn't a year that goes by without a story about how we almost took a guy a round before. Sometimes you even get a '"we tried to trade up" story too

Chaz Green is a joke! He keeps on getting burned so easily over and over. No balance, doesn't move his feet, can't get or stay in front of the pass rusher, etc. Total embarrassment. The 3rd and 4th string scrubs block better than him most times.

As Bobby Hebert in New Orleans would say..."he's stealin' money".

1. How did Chaz Green only allow 1 sack in his college career?
2. Armstrong looks good
3. Tapper doesn't look good (I am a huge Tapper supporter)
4. Kadeem Edwards looks good and his name has been mentioned a few times
5. Connor looks small as always and might be a big liability especially against elite DTs

Hasn’t Tapper looked fine in camp?

Who is this guy doing the breakdown? He needs his own show. Hilarious!

I'm pretty mixed on Taco. He has made a few more "highlight " plays this camp, but if you look at the plays he isn't the focus he is still getting beat a lot too.

I'm really excited about our future at RDE. Armstrong/Gregory are going to give us a great rotation. I'm a bigger fan of Crawford than most, but I think he will playing less and less DE and some more DT as those young guys acclimate through the season. I think this is his last year with us unless he less he takes a pay cut and is happy with a reduced role in the DT rotation.

Either Fredbeard has reduced a bit, or Woods might just be the stud we are looking for at that 1 tech. I hope the later is the case and if that's the case, Collins should move back to the 3 tech where he was looking like a future stud his rookie year.

Our day 1 starting Dline will probably be Tank, Woods, Collins, and Crawford, which will be pretty big and stout against the run if Woods can keep up his play and if Collins is healthy.
