I marinated some tenderized skirt steak in a Korean flavored marinade. Just pulled it off a 500 degree grill cooking both sides for a few minutes. Going to use that meat for tacos all night long. Maybe a Shiner or two mixed in :facepalm:

Slow cooked pot roast with red potatoes, baby carrots and mushrooms. Served with a side of rice and broccoli! Enjoy the day, what's on your plate?

Pot Roast sounds yummy but its one of those meals to prefer I eat in the winter time. Ditto for chicken soup, chili etc,. I make awesome homemade chicken noodle soup which is a mainstay in the winter, in the summer not so much. Around 94 degrees here today, cant wait for fall/winter.

It's hot down here in south Texas too, got the thermostat set at 70....the cold drinks help too. Salud!

I don’t even know what Koreans taste like.
