Looks like for the first-team defense, we're going to mix Charlton in with Gregory at right end and probably have Charlton relieve Lawrence some at left end.

Crawford was in as the starting 3-tech, but he's probably keeping that spot warm for Collins. I assume they will be the rotation at that spot and line up next to each other on passing downs. Woods will get run-down 1-tech responsibilities.

The fourth end will be Armstrong. I'm not sure who the fourth DT will be. I was thinking that it would be Price, but the staff doesn't seem that high on him right now. I would think Jones had the leg up before his knee injury. Maybe Ward?

I will never accept what the coaching staff put on the field tonight even from 2nd and 3rd stringers. Sure, the starting O's and D's have looked good to me too but you can tell how poor the coaching is by seeing the crud the 2nd and 3rd stringers put out there. This "process" stuff is garbage because I don't see any signs of a system after the first tier players. They seem ignored. I don't think that is good.

Backup Qb is a huge issue. No chance Cooper is going to be ready to fill in for Dak if the time comes. Not really much we can do except hope for the best I guess.

Preseason sure. But the biggest concern is backup QB. Rush looked like the second coming of Weeden.

Linebackers weren't bad with Lee sitting out. Smith, Thomas and Wilson did a good job filling. And we're not even seeing our No. 1 pick right now (and frankly, we may not as a starter for a while).
