Good points. Well, I also think why so many are concerned is because he looks like a beast on the field. If he came back and was no better than say Taco, then most of us wouldn't,t be as concerned. At this point, lets hope for the best.

He looks like a starting RE who can play both run and pass very well, attack the QB quickly, terrorize good and elite left tackles, and get 10+ sacks and 20+ TFLs a season.

Charlton looks improved over last year, but still inconsistent and sometimes raw. He's got at least another year to develop before we can even begin to consider him to even be a tier 2 league edge defender.

Make no mistake, a pot head who is unable to quit using even though a million dollar job is on the line definitely has demons... the pot itself isn't the demon, and neither is heroin for that matter... The demons are within.

Self respect and self control are the hallmarks of success - good for you! Every single person, past or present, has a vulnerability and tendency to some type of dysfunction that negatively affects humanity. Substance abuse is just more polarizing than a lot of other issues.
