Ryan Switzer traded away; Is Jihad Ward next?

Cowboys got the best in the Ward/Switzer trade.

Ward looks like he will be a player for them.

Switzer wasn't making the Cowboys final 53 this year.

In the end, the Raiders traded a 2016 2nd round pick + 2019 6th round pick for a 2019 5th round pick. They didn't come away empty, but it's not a great deal.

Currently the Cowboys traded a 2017 4th round pick for a 2016 2nd round pick. They are ahead right now, but if they cut Ward, then they lose outright.

So we got robbed by trading away a crappy player?

Let's try for some consistency in our arguments son

Both players suck and we both drafted them just last year, wasting a pick for both teams. Son.

It appears we both got screwed in that deal........
It depends if they were going to make their original teams.
For example, if Oakland was going to cut Ward, than they turned him into what they got for Switzer—which is a 5th for a 6th.

Now if you mean we overdrafted him...than that appeears to be true so far...for us anyway.
We’ll know for sure longer turn overall.

OMG, how did anyone miss that you were being facetious. People are really arguing w/ you!!!!!

Good stuff, Aven!!!!!!!!!!!

We traded Switzer for Ward. being dense is no way to go through life

Duh, and other than that brief movement of market equivalence each individual player's subsequent trajectory has nothing to do with the other's. They aren't comically linked forever now.

Doesn't work that way.
