Top Ten Signs We Need Reg Season To Start

I swear it feels like this offseason has been going on for years. Please god...Sept. 9th can’t be here soon enough! So here’s top ten signs we need the regular season to start!

10. I just read the 50th “Rico is a stud” thread.
9. We had our first injury/health issue and some fans have already waved the white flags on the season.
8. Jerry is talking more every day, making less sense than last year.
7. Increasing number of fans basing what will happen this season on three exhibition games played mostly by guys who won’t be in the league next week.
6. Jason Garrett is already in mid season form with patented robotic presser responses.
5. Jerry has been inducted into the “Uh” Hall of Fame. (“And I’m smiling when I say that”)
4. There are seemingly a dozen money-making college football games scheduled at the “Stayjum” before the Cowboys play there again.
3. Another Rico post has just hit.
2. I just saw the Jones helicopter land at a HS football game so the Jones family could have some of those world famous hot dogs.
1. I can’t wait to see the new Gene Jones art display on Sunday night football.

Great thread Hazey! I'm glad that you mentioned the Gene Jones' artwork as it is whats most important about our franchise along with having the most expensive stadium, and being the most profitable. You know after 22 futile seasons in a row, excellence from the front office, hc, and on the field seem to finish last behind the above mentioned things. Even your boy George Strait has checked out on the Jones boys. I'm old enough to remember when excellence in the organization was job one.
