The amount of talent this franchise has wasted the last 20 years is just staggering

Tony Romo
Demarcus Ware
Anthony spencer
Dez Bryant
Miles Austin
Terrell Owens
Jason Witten
Dan Bailey
Demarco murray

This depresses me

Just saying a lot of teams in the NFL have great players that are not going to win a SB. I expect more from this franchise but it is what it is.

Don’t include TO because he didn’t stick on any team.

The other guys? You have two hall of famers. A JAG DE. An ok running back with one healthy season, an okay receiver and some pro bowlers.

Im..ssh....Sha.....sshorry.....gulp .

Love Ja...jaaaaa.....Jerry

8 guys over 25+ years of Jerry or 9 years of Garrett is staggering?

Bryant, Spencer, and Austin had 1 to 3 good years.

I think the OP has an unrealistic expectation of what level of talent is needed to go deep in the playoffs.

How many more of these dumb dramatic threads do we need?

We got our roster. Football is 8 days away. Focus on that....

The Romo one hurts me the most. He deserved so much more.

Exactly, ROMO made this franchise the last 10yrs. Made Jerry Jones millions of dollars and gave Jerry the leverage to build Jerry Worlds-Cowboy Stadium. ROMO took over after the Jerry Jones ruined the organization during the Dave Campos, Ryan Leaf and Clint Storner ERA. Without ROMO this franchise would be just like Cleveland and Buffalo.

Unfortunately, WITH Romo we haven't been any better than Cleveland and Buffalo.

Garrett may become a good head coach, but I think we can all agree he was the wrong hire if the goal was taking full advantage of the prime years of certain players.
