Dallas has a GM so filled with pride/ego that this franchise is going to continue its great tradition of no NFC title games and obviously no SB since '95. Scouting Dept can't draft for depth so the franchise, every cut season is seeking other teams scraps.

In fairness and in terms of team success, was 1.0 really all that good?

Sure, there were some individual accomplishments, but they don't give out Lombardi trophies for that.

1.0 was driven by talent. Not everything was in place to get to the Superbowl. However, not everything is going to be perfect. Two perfect storms hit us - 2014 and 2016. Garrett failed to put us over the hump and win the big game.

I think Stephan Jones is exerting more pressure on process and teas leaves are there to be read. It looks to me like Stephen is half way to moving on from Garrett but will give him one more shot at it. Garrett guys being removed from roster at rapid pace.
