Just changed my subscription from monthly to take advantage of this deal so can confirm first-hand it is any book in their catalog.

I got this last year and it's a great deal. I guess it's time to renew. I get more than 12 books a year too, occasionally they offer the 3 credits for $29.99 deal also which is basically the same deal.
