Next year at this time the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys will be................ Josh Mcdaniels. But only if BB doesnt retire after the season and JM takes the reigns as head coach. Then we end up with someone like Jim Schwartz who I would STILL take over Garrett btw.
Lets just hope BB doesnt up and retire, if not than our long national nightmare will FINALLY be over! Just counting time till then.

But Moore will probably be hired as an OC at $5 million a year for 5 years, and then Jerry will find a HC for $4million on a 3 year contract.

As long as Jerry Jones is running this organization the way he has the last two decades, “our long national nightmare” will continue. Just bringing in a new coach with some competency will not necessarily be an upgrade. That’s like changing the captain of the Titanic. What we need is a new ship, not a new captain.

For the nightmare to truly end, we have to have this team be run the way winning organizations are run. That is by real football people who have the authority to make decisions that effect the on field results without the 76 year old fantasy football GM micromanaging.

Sure I would like a new coach. But more importantly, I would like a new way to run this organization. Haven’t we seen enough of “Jerry’s way”? Jerry Jones is good at making money. And that’s about it.
