Did the front office swing and miss on Gordon?

Essentially we could have Gotten Josh Gordon and a conditional 4th rounder for a 5th rounder. This would happen by trading our 2018 5th rounder to the Browns for Josh Gordon and then cut Deonte Thompson to recoup our 4th round conditional pick. I wonder if the big wigs in the front office see it that way or not. I think this guy will tear it up with NE. He burned somebody bad the other day in the game and was under thrown by 10 yards. He still has his wheels.

Why in the He!! would we want THAT trouble? Come on guys and gals, Gordon is Randall Gregory 5.0 Can't stay off the weed, can't show up for TC, can't show up for a game due to a tight hamstring due to some off field non football incident? No THANKS. This team has enough problem children without going out and getting another.

Can he stay clean for a month?

He showed up last week "not himself". Code for, he was high as a kite.

It would be nice but a WR is not going to make or break us.

Linehan stepping his game up would be more beneficial then any player we could add.

Cowboys coaches are so stuck in their philosophies though.

It's weird how we're constantly changing the defense but the offense always is the same.

I say it's mostly that Gordon could play wherever he wanted to play - I think pretty much team in the league would be giving Cleveland a phone call if they heard he was available for a 5th - and he simply wanted to go play with Tom Brady and the Patriots.

Look what a change Richard has been for the defense, it's just been instant. He got Byron lined up at the right position, he's been calling more blitzes, he's simply getting more out of this defense. I would love for an offensive coach to jump in and have an effect like that.

Lol, Gordon came out 6 years ago.

In the last five seasons or something he has 600 yards, combined.

Yeah. No thanks bruh. But, if we need to find some bud we'll hit him up.

New England is perfect place for him.
Yeah I would really really love to see him here but, I really want to see him save himself and his career. I think NE is the place for him with the best opportunity for him.. To them he is just another JAG who has to prove himself.

Yeah, Richard came in and revamped the defensive line and all the Linebackers too. In just a few short months.

How you do get a 4th round pick by cutting Thompson’ what kind of new math is that?

I would say no. we have Irvin and Gregory as pot heads on the team. why bring a 3rd? w

and NE paid a 7th, conditional 7th for him to be on game day roster for 10 games.......why pay a 4th...that's over paying for head case.
