Its common sense buddy. When the Oline was one of the better units in the NFL, Dak was playing great. THE MOMENT the Oline went to crap the entire offense and Dak did as well. Is this soo difficult to understand?

In these games do you just notice the QB play or do you watch everything else?

Honestly, I'm to the point of wanting Dak benched or traded just so we don't have to hear people saying 'Bbuuut dak can't do that' every time a qb has a decent game.

The Dak case is a clear case of how much the Oline play affects a QB and offense. That's what is being proven here. Instead, posters like you think its the QB regressing. You clearly don't understand how it all works.

Felix Jones averaged 9 yards a carry his first year and 5.9 his second. Marion Barber wasn't elite, but he was tough. Romo had Demarco Murray most of his career. Darren McFadden wasn't elite, but he could get 1000 yards behind this line. Romo has had the pleasure of playing with Terrell Owens, Roy Williams who was a probowler before he got here, Martellus Bennett who won a super bowl and was a probowl at the TE position, hall of fame TE Jason Witten, prime Dez Bryant. Romo's had teams that were stacked offensively. If having no o line is an excuse for Romo, why isn't it for Dak who has been already sacked 10 times this year? The talk about romo being the only talented guy on the team and carrying the team is nonsense. Romo has had stacked offenses through out his career. He may not always have had the best o line, but every other position has been stacked. If bad o line play isn't an excuse for dak, it shouldn't be for Romo.

I won’t pick apart all,of that stupid nonsense... but Romo actually scored points... I remember 49 in a game that we lost and Romo got the blame.

Watch everything... and there is a difference between real QBs and bus drivers... real QBs can still overcome, and put on a good game even if they lose. Bus drivers have to have perfect talent surrounding them, to achieve any success. We have a bus driver... it is as simple as that.

We do not have a QB that can overcome, to the point of at least making it competitive, and worth watching.

Looks like the Rams are another team with shorter process than the Cowboys.

2016 Rams had the 32nd ranked offense. 2016 McVay came in and in 2017 and they had the #1 ranked offense that year. This was with the same QB going from his rookie year to his 2nd year.
