Seattle is the biggest loser in this,and that's on them. Not only do they lose an elite safety , they lose nearly all trade value or bargaining chips they thought they had. LMAO...now instead of trying to steal 2 high picks and basically extort picks and players for a 30 year old safety, THEY GET NOTHING AT ALL!!! Its exactly what I call KARMA. Greed will do this. The Seattle FO screwed themselves and did no parties involved any good. They have egg on there face in the FO...and Thomas still has my full support.Now we will get him for nothing next year lol. seattle fuct themselves hard...and held Thomas hostage...while attempting to hold prospective teams hostage. I have no pity for them at all.

Earl may not approve of a trade to the Chiefs. I honestly think that it is Dallas for him. He has to sit the season out anyway, so during free agency , he might get what he has wanted all along.

actually, would be cool with trading a 6th for him and a conditional pick next for him. Its the best Seattle can hope for now. I actually applaud what ET did yesterday while being carted off. They had it comin. They mishandled the entire fiasco.

Not really. It was a clean break. No ligament damage so he will be 100%.

Saves us from trading a premium pick for him. Odds are still very high we land him in the offseason. It could backfire as its definitely not a guarantee.

Personally I would still try and trade for him. I would give them a 4th. It gives us a window to extend him so he doesn't hit the market. For them, it is a downward from the comp pick they would have gotten later, but that pick isnt guarenteed and is a couple years away. It also lets them sign players in FA without messing up the comp formula

It's the second time breaking his left leg. There's no way that this doesn't impact his next contract. Heck, some teams will fail him on a physical no matter what.
