Let's try and keep this to the most recent and not harken back to the golden years. I spent a long time in the advertising field and I gotta say, there are more annoying commercials than I can recall but a couple really stick out because I can't get out of the way on Sat or Sun watching ball without seeing them over and over and over and over and, well, you get the picture.

The Pizza Hut ad with that ugly kid ripping the box in half with a Tarzan like yell is #1. Wouldn't you just love for your daughter to behave that way? Not to be outdone, they created one with Antonio Brown dancing like a drag queen with those other two fruitcakes. I refuse to do business with that company. I am afraid I will become violent or actually think Dancing with the Stars needs watching.

Number 2 is that Verizon ad with that guy that not one person I know in real life could ever relate to showing up where he's not welcome and boring people to death. That's the best they can do? Get this guy a friend so he will stop annoying people and that poor guy on the beach finally gets some music going and they make him flip to hip hop. They destroyed that man's life.

OK, your turn, I am sure there are more but I don't watch much commercial TV except for sports. I am also planting this now in anticipation of the Christmas jewelry ads that imply that if you don't buy her trinkets, you won't get laid and she won't love Jesus.

What it Mesothelioma? How did I get this disease? For some reason that one always annoys me.

The Farmers Only commercials are pretty bad. Anything done by Sonic (I think those two dudes met on Farmers Only). Anything done by Progressive Insurance(I'd like to strike Flo). Anything done by the NRA.

Every single Liberty Mutual insurance commercial.
I am seriously worried about the lifespan of someone who rear ends me, gets out of their vehicle & proclaims
"Newsflash, nobody's perfect"

There will be blood spilt.

I absolutely despise commercials. They're everywhere now. You can hardly unlock your phone without getting spammed. Now they're even putting them in the middle of videos on Facebook. I refuse to give them my time as much as possible.

I much prefer skipping past them. There were adverts that were funny, but now the majority of them are completely stupid nonsense. The Hulu one is the latest to be absolute nonsense, and actually comes across as rather elitist. Those people on them are completely annoying, including Harden. Telling us not to strive for luxury? Telling us all that useless rubbish? What the bloody hell is the point of that? Makes me NOT want Hulu. They're right! Maybe I DON'T want Hulu.

I don't know if you all get these spots, but one channel shows these stupid 10 or 15 second cartoon shorts with some guy and his kids, in which they share a moment together. I think it's supposed to be funny, but it's even less funny than Family Circus. It's not a commercial, or a One To Grow On thing. I honestly don't know what the hell it is and it pisses me off every time they show one of them because they're absolutely pointless.

Sorry to break the rules so soon, CC, but back when I was a kid, there was a commercial for a toy robot, named Tobor.....At the end of the commercial they felt the need to explain to all the idiot children that "Tobor" is "robot" spelled backwards. That bothers me every time I think about it, and for some reason I still think about it at least a few times a year.

A recent (fortunate for everyone else) local commercial has some cheesy guy with finger holes cut out in his black gloves so he can slave away over a keyboard like a rock star while ripping off the opening to Ghostbusters and turning it into a plumbing jingle. Before he can get to "who you gonna call?" I've changed stations. I may not be the fastest remote in the west, but I'll do. An auto parts store repeats "Nappa know how" in jingle form for the duration of the commercial.

Now we've got bears with an unnatural affection for toilet paper. When I was little, we had Mr. Wipple springing himself on women that were getting cozy with the Charmin. Momma used to gripe about the cost of groceries. I thought if stores didn't have to pay the toilet paper police, groceries would be cheaper. Yes, I really thought that. It's a wonder I didn't turn into a female Jethro. When you're little and adults can't be bothered with questions, your mind will go to town.

Oh, toilet paper quality is important. Everyone at work informed me I can't just buy the bargain stuff or I'll hear all kinds of toilet paper war stories. Anyone interviewing them about how they felt after using the restroom, they'd say "raw". They started bringing their own. To be fair, it was a lot like sandpaper.

Thank you! That AT&T commercial makes me, involuntarily, roll my eyes every time I hear it.

"More for your thing..that's our thing" Uh, what?

"They don't think it be like it is...but it do"
