Wait I thought Lal was teaching these professional wide receivers how to run routes?
I hear the players trying to say the right things about Sanjay.

But I have never seen such poor results from this team as right now with our receivers not named Beasley.

So sure..he holds their jobs as position coach.

They are going to suck up to him publically.

The regression of the OL is obviously too serious to ignore. Nevertheless, the offseason is the time to make such a change. Whether it's destined to involve Colombo or not is best determined by someone with closer inside knowledge than the fans on this website.

Fire the guy who was behind the "trade" to bring Alexander in let the new guy figure out which way to go.

So, who is the "new guy?" Maybe someone like Will McClay, Gil Brandt or Bill Parcells would know.

He did well in Cincinnati for 20 years. It is not like he is a horrible coach.
Their Ol had some injury issues, the let players go, had quite a few Ol in and out over the past few years.

True, but it's undeniable that this group of proven linemen is playing worse under his coaching across the board.

I agree. Alexander should certainly be questioned and be feeling the heat, but I'm not sure a midseason switch is going to help anybody. There do need to be some changes, but I'm not sure that wholesale changes are the answer.

This same group shut down a heralded Jaguars defensive line just a week earlier.

So, who is the "new guy?"
There are a number of good assistants in the NFL and I would like to see the Cowboys get an offense minded guy in here who has ability working with QBs. John DeFilippo and Matt Nagy would be good candidates to interview for the job. Both have worked their way up the ranks and have studied under successful Head Coaches. Would like to see the new guy leave the defensive side of the ball alone, perhaps elevating Richard to DC if Marinell will retire.

If he can revert back to using there old techniques then please. You can tell something is wrong. They are a mess. I know missing Fredbeard is hard but Looney is doing well. We have a rookie.

I have a feeling if we had our old coach that Williams would be playing better and I know Collins would.

That's exactly why someone with capable inside knowledge should handle it.

I would only hope it's not the same individual that recommended Alexander.

They need to be put back on track and quit using this guys techniques, it’s got there footwork a mess. Off balance. If they were to do it then this would be the time as it would give them 2 weeks to get it back together. They never had a problem on the road before.

Food for thought -- I'd think there's someone associated with the NFL in some way who'd know of a better option than Alexander. Needless to say, the crap really hit the fan when we lost Callahan.

I’m sitting here wondering, why bring in a guy who doesn’t fit our players strengths. Unreal

Intriguing just don't know how well he can coach...one thing is fairly clear, we could use an upgrade on our coaching staff at oline

Ya we should try SOMETHING new cuz it ain’t working.
