It's becoming pretty obvious that the Cowboys path to the Playoffs is by winning the Division.
Having lost to the Seahawks and Panthers, unless we go on a heck of a streak, we will be struggling to secure a Wild Card spot due to the Tie-breakers against each.

Yes that’s their only hope. I doubt they beat Atlanta either so that’s another tie-breaker.

Consider this just one more Garrett wasted season looking to provide him more built in excuses.......now we're firing coaches that they just hired a few months ago.

They will finish 3rd in the division and be out of the playoff picture by Thanksgiving.

The once proud America’s team

Led by the stoic sideline presence of the man in the hat

Now, expectations of a Super Bowl appearance are replaced
with only the oft failing wish of a mere playoff spot.

Super Bowl or bust replaced with mediocre and rust

Oh how the mighty have fallen

Yep, kinda hard to win a wildcard berth when you lose to every team you are competing with.

And for those saying we can get into the playoffs as division winners, keep in mind that the Skins have the easiest strength of schedule left in the entire NFL.

It was pretty obvious once Frederick went down that this team wasnt going to the playoffs.

If they can't win the division, then they probably are not good enough to win in the playoffs anyway...

That’s why I hate the NFL “network”. They own all that historical footage that made me love the game and now they never play it.

They do play not very exciting games and silly top 10 lists. “ So, I’ve got that going for me” -Carl Spackler

Don't want them in the playoffs, with no number one pick next year, it's even more critical that the Cowboys get as high a draft pick as possible. There's usually about 50 really good players available in any draft, picking 10th in the second or higher at least gives them a chance to get an impact player, depending on how the draft goes there should be somebody available where the Cowboys need somebody.

And this team is definitely drafting for need...

all the Cowboys can do is go out and win their games. How the season plays out is anyone guess. I will say winning the division is always the easiest rout to making post season but we have no ideal what will happen with Seahawks or Panthers or any of the other teams who may be in the hunt as the season moves forward.
