I disagree most respectfully. Jason witten described, to a tee, just what needs to be done to get the offense going. romo and others with football knowledge have said the same. but garrett won't change his offensive scheme due to his arrogance. and jerry won't fire garrett due to his arrogance.

Jerry fired Wade midseason but he won't do Garrett like that. That's pretty much his stepson. It will come in the offseason. Which felt like it started tonight honestly.

Exactly. If Wade had the same personal ties to Jerry like Garrett does, Wade never would've been fired mid-season and likely would've been given a few more years. On the reverse side, if Garrett wasn't a former Cowboys player and Jerry didn't have a personal investment in him he probably would've been fired after missing the playoffs his first three years.
