I hope someone asks him that question after the next 5 games. more than likely we tailspin and lose all five. maybe we can beat the injury affected skins.

No one is sittin on their couch with the answers to save this team. Let Garrett play it out and can him right after the last game. That or can him on Christmas day.

I disagree most respectfully. Jason witten described, to a tee, just what needs to be done to get the offense going. romo and others with football knowledge have said the same. but garrett won't change his offensive scheme due to his arrogance. and jerry won't fire garrett due to his arrogance.

I've got no problem with that.

Call the genius into the office this morning.

Tell him win the NFC East or you're gone.

As you were.

Jerry will only do an in-season coaching change to a coaching legend - Wade Phillips - for his red-headed golden step-child that he handpicked as the next Tom Landry in development, but not against him.

Only reason to make an in season change is to see if Kris Richard is your guy. Otherwise it makes no difference unless you want first dibs on a college guy. You could set that up without firing Garret anyway!

Eight years ago to the day, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said he wouldn't be making an in-season coaching change. Three days later, he did. After Monday night's disappointing loss to the T...

I think we discovered last night what Seattle already knew -- Richard is not our guy.

I rather it happens after the season anyway. We don’t need an interim coach winning a few meaningless games down the stretch and Jerry thinking he has the next Vince Lombardi. Week 17.. final whistle then clean out your office!

Right. And now who cares if we lose out. And Oakland has a high draft pick. If it gets Garrett and this staff fired. It is still worth it.

As soon as I woke up, well, after I started the coffee. An alert on my phone saying Jerry backs Jason and Dak.
No coaching changes for the rest of the season.

Now I will feel even worse the last 2 months of yet another wasted season. But if it is for the higher good, it is good.
However, If the team goes on a late year win streak. Then Jerry will think, hey they can do this next season. Jerry the worse owner in the NFL.

1) Did y'all see how mad Jerry was last night.
2) Jerry's not gonna say he's firing his HC.
3) JG got the dreaded vote of confidence.
4) Lose the next 4 games, see what happens.
5) JG is done, just a matter of timing.

Welp, at this point, I'm hoping Dez signs with the Saints today so that I can pull for them the rest of the season and watch another true Cowboy get a SB ring with another team.

Jerry and his pitiful antics have seriously got to go

Jerry is telling the truth , in fact ; i am those that think Garrett will get an extension ; i doubt Jerry reads or sees the national media asking for Garrett's head .

Jerrah must think TV is an 'idiot box with talkies'

His team is ruining the sport now...one can just sit on the thought that their opponent will and the Cowboys won't.

Kind of expecting a basketball player at least to score...

Jerry fired Wade midseason but he won't do Garrett like that. That's pretty much his stepson. It will come in the offseason. Which felt like it started tonight honestly.

Exactly. If Wade had the same personal ties to Jerry like Garrett does, Wade never would've been fired mid-season and likely would've been given a few more years. On the reverse side, if Garrett wasn't a former Cowboys player and Jerry didn't have a personal investment in him he probably would've been fired after missing the playoffs his first three years.

Watch us win the last game of the season and Jerry will change coordinators and talk all about how the team was 'turning it around' and stupid cowboy fans will fall in line
