I think he maybe better suited to the RT spot....better feet and technique than Collins. not as strong. Get collins inside and move williams outside next year

Both are more suited at guard. They both have short arms, but Collins is strong and a bruiser. The knock on Williams is he plays weak and gets pushed around. He was an contentious draft pick because of this, some scouts having him rated as a 5th rounder.

I mentioned in a thread last week that I see Connor moved to RT next year with Su'a Filo at LG in competition with a FA of a draft pick. And the Cowboys let Collins walk. Teams cannot have 5 huge contracts (or even 4) on the o-line.

No, Collins strength is needed at the LG postition--something that has been an issue with Williams scince college.

everyone on the o-line has played at a reduced capacity due change in blocking schemes brought here by garrett and former new o-line coach alexander. now that columbo is the man and we've returned more to power blocking, everyone on the o-line is playing better. I’m sure you do. Collins is inconsistent. And he’s still been inconsistent under Colombo. I don’t understand why he gets such a pass.

Agreed. Collins is the weakest link by far on this OL. His man is usually the one hitting, pressuring or sacking Dak.
