Sorry, Joe doesn’t exactly have the Turnaround touch. I watched a lot of Dolphins games and they did nothing under his time there.
Philbin is a place warmer. Packers will try to give Rodgers one last shot at a title and make a splash hire in the offseason.

McCarthy will get a job soon. Maybe the Bengals, Browns, or Falcons.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Anybody think it's a little classless to fire a coach right after the game like that? You can't wait until the next day?
That was kind of weird to me.

I guess the Packers have to keep their rabble shareholders happy. They want blood.

They think that Rodgers is the next coming and can do anything.

All in all, if you look at it, the "draft and develop" philosophy everyone thought worked for so long doesn't.

It just means the guy that did it retires, then the new guy fires the coach who was there for it.

Can you recall a head coach being fired the same day as his last game? I can't. It leads me to believe there's some real friction there beyond a head coach struggling to win games. That's a complete sign of disrespect to me.

First bad season in his tenure and he gets canned. But somehow Garrett is able to survive three 8-8 seasons with two losing seasons and 9-7 mixed in. How is that possible?
