Someone mentioned in the other thread that this is the time of the year that coaches are coaching for their future and players will play extra hard for the contract which will be handled in the offseason.

Teams like Bucs, Giants who have nothing to lose actually come out fighting. We see this every year where a double digit favorite wins a game no one expects.

Tampa will not be an easy win. They actually have one of the better offenses in the league. Our defense has given up 37 points in the last 5 quarters with zero pass rush. The offense is in quicksand.

We are heavily favored but if we don't score touchdowns and if we don't get turnovers it could be a deflating loss

Time to let Taco play instead of a healthy scratch to shore of that D from the last 5 quarters.
Idiot Garrett for making him inactive.

:muttley:

Everyone is to blame for this, and it starts at the top. Coaches and players just bad all the way around yesterday.

If we can't win one of the next 2 games against those 2 teams then the team shouldn't be in the playoffs.
This is the time of year to be consistent. They have to get it together in the next two games and not overlook these two teams. They are looking good and would love to spoil our season.

So despite not being at practices, you know better than the coaches? Taco is not earning game time at practice.

Offense is 3rd in total yards.
12th in Points

Defense 28th in yards given up
30th in points given up

there is a much better probability they win too...

So if we lose out do we miss the playoffs?

If Minnesota and Carolina lose their last 2, I think we get in as the 6th seed and WC.

Right now there are 7 teams eliminated from us as a WC. Philly and Washington play each other, so one of them will be eliminated.
We need 10 teams eliminated. So with the loser of that game is out.
Seattle would be in over us as a WC with the head to head.

We need Carolina to finish 7-9, and Minnesota to finish 7-8-1.

And I did this all in 2 minutes by looking at the schedule and standings. Though I could be missing something.
I do not need a playoff generator tool. :lmao:

They've scored 14 and 12 points in their last 2 games and 24 points the game before that.

They aren't even close to the high flying offense earlier in the year.

It would be an embarrassment to lose to this crappy Bucs team with the division on the line.
