David Irving

Has David Irving shown, in any way, shape or form, that he actually cares about the team?

I mean honestly. The dude, through his actions, has shown that he could not care less about football and helping his team win. He has ZERO accountability to himself or others.

I think Irving enjoyed high school and college football. I dont know if Irving is liking the riggers and business of the NFL.

He's putting his personal life before this team. Its much more important then this team so I don't blame him. This team is going to be here with or without him. He needs to get his life together before he thinks about football.

I get this, to a point, but there is also a point where you need to take your career seriously. He either wants to play football or he doesn't. That is a question only he can answer himself, but, he needs to figure it out. He's a gifted athlete. He could really be somebody in the NFL, but time waits for nobody. If he doesn't have the passion for the game, then fine, give it up. If you do, then show the world how special you are.

Yeah but it's beyond time he come back to work. It's not like he's working on issues 24/7.

That's all I can point to. If this guy is in essentially a contract year and he's not with the team or attending practice....all I can assume is he has something more important on his plate and the only thing I can think of that's more important than making money and building a career to provide for your family is your family itself.

He may not want to play football. There's a lot of young men coming to the realization that playing in the NFL may not be worth the potential long term effects.

Yep, Home Depot has a great working environment. I love how everyone is so friendly there.

I remember when this forum was freaking out when the front office placed the 2nd round tender on this guy.

What a waste he has been this season
Yep.

I remember some fans worrying that a team would steal him from us.
