The guy makes playoffs every other year, wins division titles. Motivates the players, has good coordinators to take care of Xs and Os.

He should be given the Jon Gruden contract of 10+ years.

Knows how to handle Jerry, stays out of spotlight.

Winning the division and being in the playoffs 1 week before, most of you would have loved this. Coach Garrett has always surprised people, when they think the team is done at 3-5, he snatches the division.

Has done this 3 times recently.

My biggest problem with JG is he doesn't seem to know how to strike when the iron is hot. He seems to have no understanding of momentum and has no idea how or when to catch other teams sleeping on defense.

For instance in our first playoff game on the first drive is he going to want to have a running play called. If that's the case other defenses can just put ten guys on the field for that first play.

Needs to get creative at least a little bit otherwise we won't be in the playoffs for very long.

He can thank the defense. But i think he will get extended after next season.

I'm not sure winning the division this year should really be a sign of great coaching or leadership. The Skins were decimated by injuries, the Eagles stuck with Wentz too long and the Giants are a mess.

I'm happy the Cowboys are in the playoffs and I agree Garrett does a great job managing the team off the field, but I think he's more of a GM than a coach in that regard. I'm fine with him sticking around, but only if it means our coordinators are held to much higher standards. That also mean a lot more coaching turnover, unfortunately.

I think Linehan's issues have bought him another year.
