He shanks the ball so much. I guess they are sticking with him. I don't trust him at all.

He's very inconsistent in his mechanics like Dak. Watch him from kick to kick. Most kickers look exactly the same. Maher will change his whole motion from kick to kick. I've never seen a K at this level do that.
