Generally speaking, Pappy cannot talk about anything but the QB. I've seen him jump in many threads to bash Dak. That's all he does. Wish they'd call him on it, it would make these boards a better place.

You should just put him on ignore if he makes you that upset because as long as he doesn't violate the rules what does their callouta really mean? It's just like those on the opposite side that prop up Dak no matter what you either put them on ignore or realize they will bring up Dak positively in threads that may not really need his name to be mentioned.

If he has ok then but otherwise my pov still stands. I just usually see him talking crazy on Dak but if you've saw them other things I can't debate that.

I have gotten to the point where I just find the humor in Pappy’s posts, chuckle at him/them and move on.

Pappy isn’t a bad guy overall. He has been nice to me.

Nothing wrong with being a hater just keep it in the Dak threads and don’t get mad when people disagree. There were plenty of Romo haters in the old forum so they created his own sub forum so people could argue about the same thing there and not affect other threads.

The problem with your theory is Linehan would still be the play caller. Dak has shown he can throw the ball and defenders stacking the box has nothing to do with them not scared of Dak throwing but instead they know Linehan is going to run the ball. Look no further than Dak in the first series hit Cooper for a long TD....... Linehan went away from that.

Dak would have beat the saints has he been under center for Philly because he doesn't throw picks and is a leader. Not only that the play calling would play to Daks strength.

Foles is overrated because of the run they had last year. Outside of Philly Foles hasn't played well including the first 2 games this season.

If Foles was our QB against the Rams there defense would not be playing Zeke 100% as Foles along with Cooper and Gallup would have made them pay dearly hence opening up the lanes for Zeke.....simple as Apple pie there Micheal....you know what Troy used to do for Emmitt along with yours truly....

Not much to add here aside that it boggles my mind the amount of HATE Dak gets from Cowboys fans. The guy is amazing in primetime and has so far delivered in big games/moments. Yeah he isnt a gun slinger like Brady/Rivers/ect....but he def holds his own and will develop into a perennial top 10 QB...not to mention he reps the Star well and is a class act/decent human being.

Yep, even if it's about a player who plays for other position, even on the defensive side of the ball, somehow the subject is made about Dak. Coaches, Other players, Game threads involving other teams, Non-Dak topics in general, is used as a chance to bash Dak.

I mean, when Poppy takes the "In the Grasp" play and somehow makes that Dak's fault or uses it to bash Dak, then I think that proves he can't be objective in his Dak hate.

Agreed. While he has earned his share of blame for some of the losses this season, I think that the some of the criticism is over the top. Sure, he's not a gunslinger. Sure, he doesn't take that many chances with the ball. I think he could be a bit better about delivering the ball in stride. However, he's no where near the worst QB in the league. I think that is far beyond ridiculous. Those that think that haven't watched Nathan Peterman, Case Keenum (while he was good with the Vikes, he's FAR from as consistently as good as Dak has been. Ask the Broncos), Brock Osweiler, and several others. What Dak's done in winning the division 2 out of the 3 years he's been here is impressive, especially considering who his coaches are. Sure, if an upgrade is available, I've got no problem going that route. However, I think he's much better than what some people think of him. His ball to Cooper for the TD against the Rams and the ball to Gallup against the Seahawks were PERFECT balls, and the ball to Gallup was actually a bit of a tight window. Additionally, he's been actually very good in the 4th Quarter. That's something that he's earned my respect. More often than not, if Dak has the ball in the 4th Quarter, he'll come through with clutch balls when we need him to do so.

Right and other than 2013(Foles still didn't throw 3000) Foles has been really bad. I give him credit for the 3 games last year in the playoffs but the dude is a bum.

You and all Cowboys fans will get more for the buck giving that new 20+ million contract picking up a Proven talented QB esp come playoff time in Mr. Foles.
Giving a franchise contract waiting for Dak to grow (Not going to happen lacks the Talent) is gonna be Jerry biggest mistake since the Jimmy divorce.....
Picking up Foles or any other more qualified QB will go a long way bringing this young team of ours to Glory land......

P.S. All I saw yesterday was a replay of the Green Bay playoff loss of 2 years ago as ......Dak could not make the plays when needed in a shootout game!!!!
