Frederick recently said as far as strength goes, he could have played in the Rams game. Conditioning wasn't there.

Hmm. Interesting. If conditioning was the main thing keeping him from playing and he genuinely could play 1 or 2 plays at a time, maybe we missed out by not activating him. I'd have taken him once we got near the goalline at the end of long drives. Or on 3rd & 1, 4th &1 type of plays.
