I am assuming we are not resigning Beezy. He wants big bucks and as our clear #3 WR after Cooper and Gallup, we're not paying it.

If Harry is there in the 2nd, do you grab him? For me it is an absolute yes. Cooper / Gallup / Harry could become the best WR core in the league.

Always...always...depends on whoelse is onthe board and how we rate them.

Hed have tobe by the highest rated player on the board for me to spend our 2nd on a WR.
We already used on 1st on one, and also our 3rd last year.

I think Dallas would pass if he was on the board. I think the target for a WR will be in the middle rounds...someone like Andy Isabella (UMASS) or Greg Dortch (Wake Forrest). The way the rules have changed and the way teams are spreading out the defenses to create space, the small WR are finding a place of value in the league. Tyreke Hill is the prime example.

https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft...rime-example-of-slot-receivers-growing-value/

At 5-10, 195, Isabella has the quickness and explosiveness to thrive in the short-to-intermediate areas of the field, much like Beasley. Unlike Beasley, however, Isabella possesses immense deep speed to go with his quickness and agility -- he ran a 10.9-second 100-meter dash in high school, beating Browns cornerback Denzel Ward (who ran a 4.32 40-yard dash at the 2018 NFL scouting combine) in the process.

Because of his size, Isabella predictably struggles against press or physical coverage, which is why he projects better to the slot, where receivers see little press coverage and are gifted a two-way go off the line of scrimmage. Isabella is a good route-runner who uses his speed and quickness to create separation out of his breaks and at the top of routes.

Once he gets the ball in his hands, Isabella is dangerous, as his deep speed and stop-start quickness allow him to outrun defenders' angles of pursuit.

If Beasley does end up leaving in free agency, Isabella would be a cheaper and younger replacement who has the potential to develop into an even more potent threat from the slot.

I just wouldn't get my hopes up for any big name guy.

We don't have a first round pick. The odds of someone like that falling are so slim.

N'keal Harry might fall if he runs a 4.7 at the combine or something.

Harry being disrespected like this reminds me of how they did JuJu Smith-Schuster when he was coming out.
Was thinking the same thing. Some players are just better players than athletes

I would take Harry in the 2nd. Cooper, Gallup, and Harry would be a very exciting young WR corps. Cooper and Gallup can play in the slot and it gives you the ability to move Cooper all over the field and have strong WR's outside

JuJu was underdrafted if anything. He ran. 4.54 which is fine, considering his size, hands and route running.

Until we see Harry run, the speed concerns are legit. He looks like a 4.6 guy to me which would be a red flag...

Another guy I would consider is Deebo Samuel. I was really impressed with his short area quickness to open throwing windows off the line. He also adds value as a kick returner which is an aspect we got ZERO from last year.

Reminds me a lot of DJ Moore and in some regard I like him beter. I think Samuel would slot in nicely between Coop and Gallup.

Harry's 40 speed will be an issue but he is one of those special players that just plays faster on game day. I've watched him run away from DB's who I recruited in high school, many of them track stars (so I know exactly how fast they are). He's so strong and powerful, and has that elite WR body control. He's like a combination of Dez (young, infield version) and Larry Fitzgerald.

Harry is a better version of Michael Gallup. If he somehow slips to 58, and obviously depending on who else is available, he would be great addition. Cooper can play inside and outside so the fact that Harry isn't a slot WR wouldn't worry me.

I was saying earlier today that I have a feeling he's our guy at 58. He can play inside or out, he returns kicks, and I think with the Kellen Moore promotion, the team is going to want to get more offensive weapons so we can be "just like the Rams".

I think where you really want to go with a WR lead by an Amari Cooper type player is having your top 3 WR's have flexibility to play the boundry or slot. You really want to be able to move Cooper around and utilize him all over the formation. Gallup is a good start, as he should have that skill set once he matures as a player. But if we are replacing Beasley, Id rather they look to a player with flexibility moreso than a pure slot. Not to say that a pure slot would be wasteful, but I think that would more useful in 4 WR sets.

Samuel would be a better fit. However I think Neal would also be able to function all over the formation as well, even though he wilk be stronger as a boundry WR

I’m a Harry fan, but I think this offense would be better served with pass catching TE. I’d like to see us utilize two TEs the way the Eagles do with Ertz and Goedert. I think that suits the run game and Dak’s strengths.
I think it depends on how the draft unfolds. Good chance 3 of the top 3 TE's are within range of our pick. Fant, Irv Smith and Hockenson are guys I would value over Harry.

However If they are off the board, I would go another direction and maybe be aggressive moving up in the 3rd for a TE. We do have two 4th rounds we can use to move up for maybe a Caleb Wilson

I’ll agree to an extent in that his best traits are size, body control and catch radius.

That being said, that’s not the kid of guy Dak is good with. His inconsistent accuracy and average ball placement won’t be a match with Harry, just like he couldn’t get the ball to Dez.

Also its look like NY wants to move Engram. Thats something I would definitely like to see the FO look into.
