The Pats tied the Steelers in SBs and postseason victories tonight. They already led in virtually every other significant category. Nobody but the Pats even have a remote claim on being the premiere NFL franchise.

superbowls are what counts, forget the rest of that stuff, and the steelers where there first. Pats need another one to be the best.

Then go root for those teams.
As a fan we are still premier. :D

I don't get fans like that. I am with the Cowboys regardless, but I want them to win the big game. just showing up isn't enough. There are records, Pittsburgh had the SB record first, nothing I can do about it. if you would rather have it some other way, then hope Jerry gets his stuff straight to go after one or 2 SB wins. Thats what I am doing... hoping. we can still get to 7 before anyone else.

now we can sit around all day and talk about how nice their star looks on the helmet, or we can talk about how they could WIN.

I prefer to talk about how they could win and what they might need to do to be able to because THAT is the Cowboys legacy... winning.

I suspect this latest Pats SB victory will spur quite a reaction by Jerry Jones and the Cowboys to match the Pats with their own 6th SB win.
hopefully everyone in the organization woke up today with that in mind. i honestly don't think they care.

I predict Jerry will soon share with us how much his Cowboys resemble the Patriots and that they are not far off from being that type of dynasty.

No, he has the best coach in NFL history by a large margin.

It is insane how prepared the Pats are, especially once post season play begins.
They cheated for half of their trophies we did not

Depends on how you define "the best".

Took the Steelers 34 years to win their 6, Pats only 18 years. Consistency-wise, Steelers are better. But if you're talking about the team itself, irrespective of how long they've been playing, winning 6 SBs in 18 years, and being in 3 others in that same time frame, obviously the Pats are better.

That's the great thing about sports, not always a hard and fast answer as to who's "the best"..

Oh they care, only thing is Jerry has to win his way, and that limits what they can achieve...

dynasty, Steelers are the best Dynasty, they have been good th elngest time, thats how I define it. sure you can define it differently, but most I think, define it by superbowls and who has the most storied Dynasty thoughout history.
