We paid a lot less for Amari. Giants made out better than the Raiders did.

They rid of Collins, avoided a big contract, and got Peppers who is younger and played at a similar level to Collins in 2018. Good job.

Peppers doesn't even have a position lol. Browns created a position for him and played him closer to the line and now he's having success. I don't know what you mean by similar level to Colllins but he surely wasn't it. He's a hybrid safety/lb if they play him there may be they get the best out of him.

This isn't going backwards. They got 2 picks and a decent safety for an injury prone WR. They just avoided a big contract with Collins - Peppers isn't cheap, but he certainly isn't making Collins type money.

This is probably one of the better decisions Giants have made in a while.
