Great. Now trade for Ogbah. Then get on the phone to Demarcus's agent and tell him he is free to seek a contract worth 23 mil a year with 31 other teams. Once they find the partner. Sign the tag and trade his azz.

I've seen people talk about Ogbah before, and I'm wondering why his 3-5 sacks should be worth trading something of value for. Tyrone Crawford is capable of that.

Naw...let him dangle till late June. Then pull the tag and tell him he can seek a contract on the open market...after FA is basically finished and after the draft...all while everyone knows he won't be ready for the start of the season.

If the pick is a late one next yr (4 or later) it’s a great move for Dallas.

Just another young guy with upside that would be affordable for part of the rotation. Not to mention Crawford might miss some time.

So is the new one year extension for 2020? Or did we just sign him to a new deal for this year

If he were a free agent we could sign at a reasonable price I would agree, but I wouldn't want to give up a draft pick for him.

It can be another future late round pick. Don't forget Mcclay was high on him. He would have been our early 2nd rd pick if Cle had not taken him.

Depending on compensation and contract we restructured to, I really like this move.

The holes on our team have been filled for the most part.

I would have preferred alternatives to Cobb and Witten, but sure do like most of our moves.
