I would take him.
As would I, and he's a FA.
I would take him.
how the HELL are the iggles interested in all these backs/players? lol...where they getting the money? If Duke Johnson goes to philly that will be huge news. But it is a deep and talented group of backs in this draft class...cheaper than him.
I'd do this with our comp 4th and not look back.......he lockdown our backup position for the next 3 years. We can line him up at backup RB, slot and even WR. In fact, we could have a few packages with him and Zeke on the field together.
When you realize you were traded to Philly for a sack of pennies to block for a QB made of glass
Using him is easyOur staff couldn’t figure out how to use him.
agree totally. Henderson is the total package and has a low center of gravity. HARD TO LOCATE AND TACKLE. He's a fast bowling ball. Has productivity for days and days...and stays on the field. Its a deep rb class this year.I actually will reject this and take Darrell Henderson with that pick or our 5th round pick. I think he's a better option.
The thing about Duke vs a rookie, you're getting a damn good back who will hit the ground running.

He has that determined look to prove them wrongHoward has that "well, they think I'm better than Wendall Smallwood" look on his face.

I don’t think it’s 5 mil a year
His base salaries are like 10 over next 3 yrs
And you can subtract 750k a yearYeah, Helman's wrong here. His cap hits for the next 3 years would 2.3M, 4.1M, 5.1M.
yup and if Zeke should be a knucklehead and get in trouble, this would be a nice player to install into the lineup. OR if Zeke holds out later..or even wants too much money and goes to another team, this guy can carry the load with no issue.Exactly right. I think he's a much better move than Duke Johnson. Younger and cheaper. In fact, we'd have a bit of a luxury with him considering that I think he could probably start on most teams, but he'd flourish here as a change of pace for Zeke.
