Noah Fant will be better than Hock.

Oh, no doubt. I watched them both play about 10 games total the last few years and Fant is more athletic and runs better routes. His game is more suited to the NFL IMO. Hock can do one thing better: block. And they took him at EIGHT. Lions being the Lions.
