Marinelli is such a fraud. He should have left with Linehan. He loves garbage so he can hide behind his mantra of "I got the best out of my guys". He doesn't want talent because then he'd be exposed when it shows he has no idea how to scheme and coach. His defense fold like a cheap suit when it counts. Year after year after year and yet he's still here.

If Marinelli has anything to do with a pick or acquisition, expect them to be below average.
