New Member long time fan

I will attending my first Cowboys game at ATT stadium for opening day against the Giants. I have been to bunch of Cowboy/Giant games at Giant stadium and the Yale bowl back in the 70s. It has always been a dream of mine to go to Texas and watch the Cowboys play at home.This year my dream is coming true.
We will be driving up from Austin the day of the game. (My son moved there several years ago) he's a giant fan just like both his grandfathers.

I was wondering how early we should get there and where are some good places to park? Also can we take the tour of the stadium before the game?
