I’m saying they could if leagues ignored the law. And why it remains a banned substance.

Didn’t think we were talking about other substances. They like other “businesses” have the choice to enforce drug testing, or a variation of it.

They do after all ban other substances which aren’t illegal.

It’s not a legal issue if they decide to not test for it. There would be no need for the Fed to get involved at that point. They are not the ones demanding the NFL test for weed. Non issue.its legal in my state
