I wouldn’t it if he backed it up or if it was applicable. So far all he’s done is called out a guy for making a lot of money when he’s the one who put off surgery until he got paid so that makes no sense and makes him look hypocritical. Then he’s also talking trash to the same team/player he has NEVER had a sack against which makes no sense. Then he talked trash to a two time SB MVP when he’s never even sniffed a Super Bowl.

Imagine if Blake Bortles was talking trash to the Cowboys after last years game, we would be laughing or butts off. Imagine if Mark Sanchez was talking trash to Tom Brady (that’s a bit more extreme). His trash talking is an epic failure in the trash talking world.

As long as they have to double him, this is a push in my book. Hard to brag about stonewalling a guy you can’t handle one on one with the game on the line. But I agree it’s dumb to specifically talk smack regarding sacks of a player you don’t actually sack.

True true...good point, never thought of the double team aspect. I wonder how many times they did double team him with Lane since Lane is pretty dang good himself but I’m way too lazy to try and dig that up.

I saw a random dude on another site say he checked last year’s games and it was basically “a lot” in pass rush situations, but that of course means nothing. That’s the extent of my unlaziness, too.

I’m sorry, I thought I was a fan in a public forum not a football player using social media to talk trash to other teams and players that have accomplished more than I ever will and about things I did myself.

Perhaps you’re confused, just like Tank. He’s talking trash about humbling a QB for getting a big contract when he was the one holding off on surgery until he got his money. Regardless, as I’ve said, Tank has been one of my favorite players for awhile even when people were bashing him during the hold out. I just wish he would chill a bit on all the chatter and do more talking on the field.

Dude who has 0 sacks vs a team and disappears after 4 games the past 2 seasons and just got paid big, should just shut up and figure out how he can actually get a a sack vs the eagles and how he can not disappear after 4 games.
