Patrick Mahomes is favored to repeat the NFL's MVP, per the Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas.

Mahomes leads the pack with 4-1 odds.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback is followed 13 quarterbacks:

Aaron Rodgers - 8/1
Andrew Luck - 8/1
Carson Wentz - 10/1
Drew Brees - 10/1
Tom Brady - 12/1
Philip Rivers - 14/1
Russell Wilson - 14/1
Ben Roethlisberger - 25/1
Matt Ryan - 25/1
Baker Mayfield - 25/1
Jared Goff - 60/1
Cam Newton - 60/1
Matthew Stafford - 80/1

I'm not saying that Dak should be Top 10 on this list, but look at some of these names...Matt "I failed with a 25 point lead" Ryan, Cam "Thrown it up for grabs" Newton, and Matt "I never won anything and I'm overrated" Stafford? Ya think Dak could get at least 50-1 odds here? Oh yeah, more Media love for that guy in Philly too.

His numbers have been efficient, but hardly MVP level.

Ryan last year went for almost 5k yards, 35 TDs and 7 INTs

I think Newton being on there is due to his 2015 year and he's running on past "accolades"

Stafford, like Ryan, puts up big stats. Besides, he's at 80/1.

I think Prescott loses some steam due to Zeke and the run game.

Wentz, for all his injuries, was being hyped in 2017 as a front runner for the MVP.

If you feel confident on Dak, place a bet on him. Looks like you could get a big payday if you think he's MVP worthy.

See Dak's recent draft commercial......They doubted me too. Im sure Dak doesnt even keep up with stuff like this and if he does it obviously fuels his fire to be great. Either way....Dak will be 2019 MVP!!!

Meh... all of the QB's mentioned are better than Dak. Wanna bet that Mayfield wins a super bowl or at least reaches one and Dak never gets close?

It’s kinda weird that two of the guys you picked to cry about - Ryan and Newton - have actually won MVPs.

Who cares about NFL MVP? That's right up there with coach of the year and executive of the year and a pro bowl nod. I'd like to see 50 TDs and 5000 YDs from our QB. But his average already keeps him out of the conversation. Time to win as a team. Doesn't matter where Dak and Zeke and Cooper and Gallup fall on any preseason lists.

Not disrespectful at all. Dak hasn't played at an MVP level, and I'm sure even he can acknowledge that.

Throwing 20 TD's in a season is a piss in the pool compared to Patty Mahomes, Drew Brees, and the rest of the boys.
I agree but I also think Linehan deserves some of that blame

Not surprising at all. I think it’s fairly obvious Cowboy fans have bigger eyes for Prescott than most.

There’s not one QB on that list I’d call Dak a more prolific passer than.
