The people bitter over Gregory trying to get reinstated are hilarious.

It's almost like he stole something from them.

Why does it bother you if he's trying to get reinstated? Worst case, he doesn't and we are in the same boat we are today, which most people are fine with. Best case? He gets reinstated and gives us a third legit pass rushing edge player with Quinn and Lawrence.

Yeah, it's a real puzzle why fans might be over a player they keep getting excited about only to be let down over and over.

Truly one of life's great mysteries.

I get both sides of it, but pretending the other side has no valid reasoning is silly.

LOL how is that Gregory’s fault that fans stupidly get their hopes up?

That’s on the fans who somehow can’t use common sense here.

It also doesn’t explain why some of you have your panties in a bunch over him trying to get reinstated.

I'd love to have a dependably Gregory on the team. But most importantly it will never work if he does not tackle his demons head-on. I wish the man the best. Seems like a good that has issues. He is very lucky that Jerry Jones is on his side...seems like the right guy to have on your side...

I am all for players giving up drugs bc they get paid tons of cash and bc it's the rules.

however, I think we need to start separating the weed discussion from the PED and "hard" drugs conversation. I would almost guarantee that the next CBA effectively decrimializes the use of weed just like the bulk of the US has....

Gregory and leadership likely know this and is a good part of why they are optimistic of his chances....i don't smoke the stuff and if I did I would certainly give it up for millions and playing in the nfl....but I'm not him and that's their choice.

All over this league we have horrible human beings playing the game and you’re upset about a guy who smokes pot?
Almost Ming the Merciless has his gaze steady at all times.
I sometimes wonder what he's truly looking at, but it's steady.

I’d ban him for life. The kid obviously can’t follow the rules. He failed the combine testing initially. Like failing the pre hire drug testing in an interview. Who gets hired after failing that?

Obviously the kid has no discipline . 3 or 4 strikes... your out. Adios Amigo!!

Most NFL players probably smoke pot recreational. But they adhere to the scheduled tastings.

Basically you can smoke pot what about 10-11 months a year. How difficult is that? 99% of the players get it.

And suspend Zeke too!
What was it? 8 games, or something?

No, Elliott not being suspended.

I was thinking it could be about 2 games which was about the norm most were thinking. But apparently the league is more tolerant when DV isn’t involved.

Aren't you glad the team doesn't have to get ready for life without Zeke?

Why not take this issue even further by electing representatives who will federally abolish prohibition on consuming marijuana ? And all of this will go away.

But allowing athletes to smoke pot when citizens are still being incarcerated is a double standard in society.

Of course.

Doesn’t look like he’s learned his lesson which potentially could place our team in jeopardy at some point.

The nfl is an entertainment company. Every player they employ is an entertainer. It just so happens that entertainment involves playing football. But in the end the NFL has far more in common with Hollywood than high school Football.

Opinions are like rectums ... most people have one.
