If Jarwin really is playing well and has shown great improvement, it's going to be fascinating to watch how Garrett handles the Witten situation. There is little doubt as the season gets close, Witten is going to be pushing for a ton of snaps, if not most of the snaps, like he did before.

Agreed. Granted he's being smoked in practice but maybe they need to dink-and-dunk their way down field and Witt gives them the best option for this.....

JWit's biggest contribution to the 2019 squad was always about off the field as much as on.

If his on the field role is reduced to decoy, I'm sure we will be fine with that.

Witten has been working hard with jarwin so it makes sense for why he looks good in camp. I think we should expect witten to take a step back with playing time. It’s overall a great sight to see witten back. Without his hairpiece.

When Witten is on the field, defenders will take him seriously. On long 3rd downs and in the red zone, adding Witten as a second TE will get the defense's attention. That helps every receiver--including Jarwin.

I could see that happening as well. If you ask me Witten is back in uniform because the brass at MNF had enough of his horrendous commentary and he called Jerry to get his job back.

Whatever happens he is a shoo-in for the HOF and the ROH.
