All of these players should just accept what we offer them, keeping my anxiety and the cap manageable. As a fan the only thing I should worry about is their health and their on-field production. I shouldn't have to worry about whether they going to show up for work because they feel disrespected by their pay scale. Get Over It!

If you were Zeke or Dak or just say you were the Cowboys starting QB who won 2 division titles in your first 3 years, what kind of contract would you take.

I mean if Dak is asking for 25-30 per and Jerry is offering 14-17. Would you feel disrespected especially knowing Jerry paid Romo top dollar when Romo did do squat but fumble a FG attempt.

For this to be a true statement you would have to name 32 QBs who are better than Dak.

When the Cowboys start supplementing Dak's pay through a company Dak owns (like NE does with Brady and TB12) then I agree.
