I think all announcers talk too much. They don't need to analyze every play. Be quiet and let me hear the stadium sounds once in a while. I like to hear the cadence and what not before the snap.

I honestly didn’t think Witten was that bad in the booth. He wasn’t great, but there was nothing horrible about it like when Bryant gumbel was doing Thursday night football.
