That doesn’t matter. I don’t think he was charged or the charges were dropped when he was suspended. In fact the NFL owned hirer investigator said he did nothing wrong and should not be suspended. So you never know with Goodell.

The NFL already made its ruling on this quite awhile back.

I can honestly say I wouldn’t and you don’t have to have money. I’ve had opportunities but infidelity is one of my biggest pet peeves, at least top 3, along with bullying. If he was single I would say more power to him and give him high fives, but in his case, I would rather spit in his face and tell him what a piece of trash he is along with telling his wife. Unfortunately, in cases like his, I’m sure his wife knows about it but has other reasons for staying with him.

However, the case WAS reopened and the police re-examined the evidence in order to consider if filing charges was appropriate. Obviously, they found otherwise.

EzE was under investigation for battery. The Detective felt it was enough evidence to present the "charge" to the Presecutor. They in turn felt they couldn't win the case and thus "dropped the charges" and refused to issue an arrest warrant. That's how these things work and are explained in crminal justice terms.
