My personal take on Ezekiel Elliott

I don't believe any one man is better than the team. As much as my disapproval of him. I still would like him to be a a cowboy. I would just like to be able to give him a slap in the back of his head knockout the knuckleheaded. Attitude of his. If he wants 100% of everything. I give him 0% of everything. Let him chew on that for a while feed me LOL. Go Cowboys. I have been a fan of this team since day one. How could you not love the star and what it represents.

My concern is that a long Elliott holdout will cost us 1 game. That doesn’t sound like much but it could very well be the difference in having a bye vs not. Without a bye it is extremely difficult (but not impossible) to make a Super Bowl run.

Bottom line: we need at least 12 wins this year.

My personal take is to pull whatever offer is on the table and give Miami a call and talk trade. Let the news leak that the Cowboys and Dolphins are talking Zeke trade. Lett Zeke mull that over on his couch and at week six or before, when the Dolphins can't even sell 10000 tickets, trade him to the Dolphins for some of their gazillion picks. I'll take a 1st and 2nd round pick. Thank you very much.

I understand your frustration. Here is the thing..

1 - We don’t know if he is setting back and 100% listening to his agent and it’s a selfish agent that don’t care about the team and is only looking out for his 3%. If he was a good agent he could have gotten him endorsement deals. Regardless of the off field stuff.

2 - He is the best RB in the NFL. Pollard is ok I am sure. But let’s face it, on field he is amazing. And he makes a difference, a big one.

3 - But I am in the same boat as you and a lot of us fans. If he is the one not taking the offer and being selfish then we have to realize not having him may cost us a game or 2 and a precious season. We don’t have long to hold this team together. And it makes me sick that Elliot don’t feel the same way as us. Don’t let down your teammates and FO. They stood behind you through it all and wants to set you up for life. The offer of 2nd highest paid RB is likely a HUGE contract. I want to know the offer and what he is turning down. I want to know if it’s him or his agent.
