Game Day ***Cowboys vs Giants post game thread ***

What will Dak's contract be if we win a Superbowl this year?

A ring equals 40 million, right?

If keeping the team together means letting Dak walk and take the comp pick...I'm all for it. People act like this offense is all Prescott's doing. Kellen can find another QB. I'd bet money on it.

NBC pregame show, said Dallas and KC, only 2 teams so far today that has not not given up a sack.
Was Dak even touched today?

Gotta give credit where credit is due...Conner Williams didn't get anyone killed today. So there is that.

Great win..next week will be tougher for sure but I expect wins the next 2 weeks also.

going down 0-7 to start the naysayers/ sky is falling fans here were out in full force..then this happened a a Rout and victory formation,...

1-0 babay..!!!!!!!!
Not really naysaying, just have questions about the D. And after 300 passing yards and 150 rushing, against what was supposed to be a weak OL, those questions remain.

But Dak was awesome, so there's that. Force us to throw!

Ever since they move LVE from MLB (Saints game last year)....we have struggled to stop the run. Antwan Wood might be a problem. He's just gets engulfed when he's doubled....and pushed around. That's were we need Trysten Hill to step up. Back to LVE though...stuffing the run is what he does best...yet we continue to move him all around in space...and sometimes he gets lost in the wash...and gives up plays.
This should be recognized.. Guessing the hole is between D-Law and Crawford. A LB or Safety should be filling the gap and isn't. Had the giants kept running there then its a very different game..

I really like Clayton Thorson. I say we tag Dak to see what we have in Thorson. But it's not my decision.

I've been telling people from the moment we hired Kellen as our coordinator...this was the best move we've made...since passing on Johnny Manziel.

Huge hire...Question is can Dak continue to get better? He did miss some guys early...but maybe the light did come on later. Think someone got in his ear...letting him know people are open down field

He just about crapped himself on the first TD... Jarwin was so wide open...and about missed the pass.

Think he settled down once he figured out guys are running wide open down field...all he had to do was get it there. Giants had no pass rush...so he had all day.

The good news is...we can still run the football better. Kellen has a whole bag of trick as well...People are gonna freak out when we start some razzle dazzle. Believe me...it's coming. ;)

Arent you proud of your boy kellen? He may not be the best NFL QB but so far hes looking good at OC....

The offense looked fantastic. No, we didn’t run the ball well, but that was primarily due to the fact we didn’t want to use Zeke too much right off the bat. Otherwise, it was very innovative and dominant,

Defensively we really only gave up 10 points when it mattered. The last NY TD came when the game was over and we were playing nothing but prevent. However, we gave up far too many yards to an offense that primarily depended on a RB and a TE. I was pretty disappointed in our lack of a pass rush. It has to improve. Also, our DBs often played too far off the receivers . We need to be more aggressive on defense in my opinion. Regardless, it’s nitpicking considering the game results.

Drunk posting does not do you well.

I just know this offense...And I'm telling you....he missed people today. Wide open people for scores. Yet...everyone will push this perfect game agenda. Whatever...I know there is improvement to be had. Pretty of meat left on the bone for sure...

Growing pains.....it looked good, one can hope it'll only get better once everyone starts to gel in this new system.

You know nothing of this offense as you think you know it. Not any more than anyone else.

He did not miss open guys, his stat line shows that.

speaking of, did you just see that horrible pass Brady just threw, with 2 wide open WR;s right there. It bounced right between them.

wrong like I was trying to tell you earlier 500yards is horrible to give up to Eli and that offense.. it needs to be cleaned up..was only bad things today..too many dang yards!!!!

stop sugar coating it..

He did good....but I'm not shocked. I'm pretty spoiled having watched this BSU offense for over 6-7 seasons. He's only gonna get better...Sadly...the offense now @ BSU isn't the same. Coaches go...systems change. It was nice to see the old plays though...was always curious to see if they could work on the pro level. And sure enough...guys running wide open.

One thing Dak needs to learn though is the fake audibles...or when to get out of a play...and get into something different. That's what Kellen did so well here in Boise. He just messed w/ people. Flipping formations to get the matchups he wanted ....and then boom. Guys wide open. Hopefully Dak catches on to that.

But it was nice to see guys get wide open...the defensive breakdowns. The looks on people faces...where the hell did he come from? Who had him?

Good stuff...

Great point, he was only 25-32. So he definitely missed 7 more tds. Good eye bro.
