Don't think teams want to give up premium kickers. Hard to come by. And certainly not Lewis - he's money.
Premium kickers are money... he’s not going to be given a real shot here might as well get something for home before he leaves.

If you blame a loss on a missed FG in the first quarter you're overlooking 3 quarters of failed chances to make those 3 points irrelevant. It's called an excuse.
That is a dumb and stubborn statement.... u could easily flip it and say don’t blame X wr for dropping a game winning TD, they had 4 quarters to not be in that position... the reality is games are close and every point is valuable in ALL quarters... missing a FG in the 1st is just as bad as missing it in the 4th if u loose by 1 or 2 points.

Same here. The guy just started to show something and you're going to dump him for next to nothing now?
Dallas has the patience to wait for Dlaw... if Dallas doesn’t see anything at this point I’ll trust their judgment. They see him every practice, next to nothing is better than the actual nothing Dallas will get for him in 2 years...

This has to be about his attitude. He has angered someone. He played very well in preseason. I know it’s preseason and against possibly lesser players. But he is starting to flash. If he can help the team and show his skills then he could get us a higher pick or more quality of a player trade.

There's your first mistake. Who drafted him over TJ Watt? Oh yeah, the same dummies whose judgment you now want to trust.

They see Crawford too. Yet they not only keep him, they're paying him $10 million to be flat out terrible. But you go right ahead and "trust their judgment".

When you're not dreaming up trades for kickers...

If he is "fighting for a jersey" as Garrett says and can't beat out a rookie to be active, how is he showing anything?

In his preseason performances. Crawford didn't practice or play a snap in the preseason, and yet he was right out there being terrible, wasn't he? Meritocracy my ***.

No doubt. He's gotten himself in the doghouse, and even better play than other guys can't get him out of it.

Yeah the writing is on the wall for Charlton.

They like the young guys just as much if not more and they are under contract longer.

With Quinn coming back they should try to get somehting.

Yeah, typically by year 3 as a 1st rounder you'd want them to start. And Adoree doesnt start. So with a 1st round CAP hit they'd likely like to move hom.

Interesting, we do have a future need at the position and he returned punts in college. Doubt things line up in our favor like that though.

Norm Hztiges (spelling?) reporting whispers of a 5th round pick from some unnamed team for Taco. Do it do it now!
