Broncos got a delay of game penalty then the Bears get a penalty and they move the ball to the 1 yard line.

How was the ball at the 1 yard line? Broncos had a Delay of Game penalty and decided to kick the extra point- that should have put the ball back 5 yards. Offsides penalty should have put the ball at the 3 1/2 yard line. I guess I'm missing something.

I know he was but how does the ball go from the 2, then a delay of game, then an offside and to the 1?

At best it should of been on the 2 yard line, but really should of been on the 3 1/2.
