Props to Jason Garrett

That's right folks - Jason has this team rolling on all cylinders coming out of the gate. Say what you want about him but players seem to really enjoy playing for him, he's involved in personnel decisions and has helped build this team, he seems to really have the respect of all of the players on the team, and they stay out of trouble for the most part. Also, I'm sure he had a big say-so in the Kellen Moore, Kris Richardson, and John Kitna hires.

It's time we give him a little credit!
I posted this last week, but I was being sarcastic! Lol!!

Never heard the words "Coach Speak"?

Like the President would announce his military plans on National TV?
Are you related to him? JGs whole shtick is the other team is faceless, and for our team to do what we do. And everyone knows what we're gonna do. He's not exactly the head games type

Nah, credit to Moore and Kitna. JG just crying soft defense like he can’t make a change for how his defensive coaches are calling a game.

JG had a decade to do something with this offense and we were one of the most predictable offenses in the league while he had his little grubby hands on this offense.

I’ve seen more defensive confusion in 2 weeks with Kellen Moore then I did in 10 years with that fraud of a coach.

Question remains if we continue to have success on the offense and Moore starts getting head coaching positions, would JJ stick with JG? I think JJ is smart enough to know the reason behind the change regardless of what he says on the radio show.
Offensive

He does say a lot without saying anything. I heard politicians study his halftime interviews to prepare for debates.

And he does now, so what's your point.

He gets credit for letting Moore do his thing.

Oh, and this of course...

That's actually funny **!

Let’s see: built a contending team. Wins more games than other NFC coaches over a period that spans four seasons. Did it with more than one starting QB. Did it while working for Jerry Jones. Yeah. I’d say it’s maybe time people start admitting they were wrong to think this guy would never get this team over .500 like we heard pretty much every day for three and a half years.

Somebody PM me when that starts happening, though. I’m not holding my breath. My money is on the mob continuing to credit Will MClay and the first year OC they were all blaming Garrett for hiring as a QB coach last season and for keeping as a backup QB for Dak the season before that.
Will mcclay and Stephen Jones built this team.

Honestly im glad that he saw the wizardry of Kellen Moore and made the right decision for the Cowboys by giving him the reigns

So long he has a hands-off approach to calling plays on offense I'm good with that. In fact, the less he does the better.

My thinking at the time was that they figured they could beat Washington without showing the rest of the league more of the playbook than necessary. I could be giving them too much credit, but that would be a good strategy, if you could pull it off.
If this is what is happening I do not like it. I say use your best gameplan fro the week. If you have to use the whole playbook then opponents have to expand their defensive playbook. Hiding part of your playbook is bush league.
