After watching that game obviously a win would have been great and all but the playcalling going vanilla was so confusing and disheartening I don't think a win would have made me feel much better moving forward. Why did we completely get away from what has been working for us. I can live with losing bc of the drop or fumble here and there and etc. but the playcalling change that was frustrating.

I guess we will never know what Garrett was thinking.

Came down to a few mistakes. Cobb drops one. Coop with 2 penalties. I thought Elliot was down before the fumble. Witten fumbles after a good play. They took themselves out of scores. Our Offense went in with a swollen head and got handled by a front 4...

Saints have 2 burners in Harris and Kamara. We don't have that in those positions..... Pollard we shall see, but to me when those guys get the ball its jets on and you chase them...

those fumbles, specially the one by Witten was very costly. in a close low scoring game like this, every opportunity is important. Dak missed Cobb twice, once in the end zone and once in converting a first down. witten fumble. zeke fumble (some say he was down, but regardless, he should have protected the ball and don't leave it to chance)… we had some missed opportunities. but to your point, their plan was to bring pressure and take the deep ball away. I was disappointed in our OL and protection, as Dak was under pressure and flushed a lot...I wanted to see more protection, perhaps with a FB and Zeke protecting Dak and giving him more time. Cooper had a bad game too.

The reality is neither team played well, but Cowboys had multiple flags as well to go with the fumbles.
