He's not that great. In fact, funny how this goat conversation seemingly happens every single time he plays us. Go back to the two playoff games in 2014, 2016, then yesterday and the game in 2017. What does he do after those games? Nothing at all. He is relevant still because we have one of the softest defenses in the league and let him pull our pants down every time out. He owns us. Even though he did not do much yesterday stats wise. He still made this defense look silly and kept plays alive.
So, we can say Rodgers isn't that good based on 3 games out of his 163 regular season and 16 post season starts?
Does that seem right to you? lol
By the way, 2 of those games were playoff games, so apparently he did something right to be that deep in the playoffs anyway, and in the other one in 2017 he got hurt and only threw 4 passes - are you really holding that against him? Oh, and that game against the Cowboys in 2017 was actually not particularly notable among the games he had played up to that point in the season.
Ultimately, Rodgers did not get the highest passer rating in history, win a Super Bowl, make multiple Pro Bowls and All-Pros, win Super Bowl and NFL MVP awards, and put up all the stats and wins just from playing the Cowboys.
